cheapesthotel's official policy regarding debit cards is that we do not accept them. However, if the debit card in question can be used exactly as a credit card, then we have no control over the acceptance thereof.
Let the client be forewarned that they are using debit cards at their own risk and that cheapesthotels will not be responsible for delayed funds, overdraft charges, penalties or the like for transactions involving debit cards.

Rebate - cheapesthotels does not participate in the Canadian GST rebate program. We purchase the room from the hotel and clients in turn purchase it from us.
We, remit the entire GST to the hotel as Canadian hotels insist on this. The amount shown on our website is inclusive of not just the GST, but any and all applicable taxes, and the gross amount is what is due. The preceding applies for all taxing entities, foreign and domestic alike.

Refund Policy
cheapesthotels's maintains a refund policy of within 30 days and that we can't be held responsible for repercussions caused by delayed funds and/or specifically, penalty and overdraft charges, currency fluctuations and the like.
Order confirmation you will receive at the end of the booking process is not the hotel reservation number. Hotel reservation number is sent within a few hours of your booking.
